This machine is designed and manufactured by this company and is a patented product. It is mainly used for trimming the corner, banded after the general edge banding and cutting the excess of the edge band. This machine is originated from the headquarters in Australia.

(2)User guide :

 .This machine has been configured and ready to be used directly after delivery. Standard : the thickness of the cutting edge is 2mm; the guide strip and fence are perpendicular (at 90°)(NB: It is adjustable); the rounding bit is adjusted as the standard of 2mm thickness. It can also be adjusted according to the thickness of the edge bander and the adjustment range is 0.4mm to 3.0mm.

 When you take the machine out of the packaging, please take the G-type clamp under the safety guard off first. Connect the electricity and air resource, then switch on the power and the air compressor for working.

To use this machine:

1. Ensure the machine is on a even, stable surface.

2. Switch the power on.

3. Place the edge to be worked on along the edge of the guide strip and push it down and forward along the table of the machine (toward the fence).

4. When the item hits the mini-switch, the router will come down and cut off the end. Ensure you keep a firm hold down on the item (until it finishes) to cleanly cut with no deformities.
